A little bit about us…

Born in Alhambra CA, I experienced a wonderful education in Arcadia serving as 1st trumpet in the band and orchestra (Even marched in the 1966 Rose Parade). I’m an Eagle Scout and United States Army (1967 to 1969). For a time, I was the riding director at a Youth Horse Camp. I’m married to Joann, my wonderful and longsuffering wife who, together in June, we will celebrate 50 years of marriage. We have three cherished and amazing grown children, 2 grandsons and a Ragdoll cat that owns me.

Probates and Trusts require an extra level of understanding, both for the administration of the estate and in the marketing of real property assets. Whether moving forward with a Superior Court probate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act or a trust that may or may not require probating, I’m versed in the process that includes interfacing with your attorney and shepherding the cooperating real estate agents thru the closing process. I am the owner and principle broker of EagleView Realty and have been marketing real property for 47 years.

My son, Chris, has joined the firm. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California and is also fully qualified to answer any questions.
